We'll meet before labor to talk through your vision, walk through birth options, and prepare emotionally and practically. These visits are a chance for you to be heard, ask questions, and feel grounded as you approach your birth day.
When labor begins, I’ll be by your side. Whether you're at home, a birth center, or the hospital, I offer calming physical and emotional support throughout your experience — holding space, offering encouragement, and helping you stay focused and at peace.
After your baby arrives, we’ll reconnect for one final visit. It’s a chance to reflect on your birth, ask questions, and receive gentle encouragement as you settle into your new rhythm.
